Content Policy

What creators can upload, how content should be described, and what content may be removed, restricted or reduced in distribution.

Last updated: May 28, 2026Applies to ShareHub software and services

Upload standards

Creators must upload original content or content they have permission to publish. Titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags and categories should accurately represent the video or short.

Metadata designed to trick users or search systems, including unrelated tags, copied descriptions, fake giveaways, misleading thumbnails and repetitive keyword stuffing, may reduce visibility or trigger moderation.

Prohibited content

ShareHub does not allow illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, targeted harassment, hate speech, doxxing, malware, scams, credential theft or content that violates another person rights.

Content involving violence, sexual themes, self-harm, dangerous acts, medical claims, political claims or synthetic media may be restricted, labeled, removed or made less discoverable depending on context and risk.

Distribution and recommendations

Publishing content on ShareHub does not guarantee search ranking, views, followers, recommendations, monetization or platform placement.

Recommendations may consider watch behavior, freshness, relevance, safety status, duplicate signals, user feedback and platform quality signals.
