1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, browsing videos, uploading media, posting comments, joining a group, sending messages or using any ShareHub feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to ShareHub websites, web apps, mobile web experiences, APIs, uploads, video playback, shorts, groups, notifications, messaging, creator tools and related software services.
If you use ShareHub for a business, brand, school, community, agency or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these policies on behalf of that organization. You are responsible for all activity connected to your account, uploaded content, group spaces, comments and messages.
If you do not agree with these terms, privacy rules, community guidelines or content policies, you should not use the platform. Continuing to use ShareHub after an update means you accept the updated version.
2. Account registration, identity and security
You may need an account to upload videos, like content, save videos, follow creators, join private groups, send messages, receive notifications or manage creator settings. Information you provide must be accurate enough for platform security, account recovery and policy enforcement.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, device sessions and any third-party sign-in connected to ShareHub. Do not share passwords, authentication tokens, session links or account access with anyone. If you believe your account is compromised, change your credentials and contact support quickly.
ShareHub may restrict, suspend or remove accounts that impersonate others, evade moderation, automate abuse, manipulate engagement, create spam networks, sell access, upload illegal content or repeatedly violate community and copyright rules.
3. Privacy policy and data practices
ShareHub may process account details, profile information, uploaded media metadata, watch activity, likes, saved videos, comments, messages, group membership, notification preferences, device information, IP-derived security signals, search queries and analytics events. This data helps deliver core features, secure accounts, personalize recommendations, improve performance and enforce platform rules.
We use collected information to operate video hosting, streaming, upload processing, thumbnail generation, search, creator analytics, group access, messaging, notification delivery, fraud prevention, abuse detection, debugging, reliability monitoring and customer support. We avoid collecting data that is not reasonably useful for running the service.
You can manage some privacy choices in settings, including profile visibility, content visibility, notifications and playback preferences where available. Public uploads, public comments and public profile details may be visible to other users and indexed by search engines if the page is public and allowed by robots rules.
Private messages, private groups and private videos are intended for limited audiences, but no online service can guarantee absolute confidentiality. Do not upload or send highly sensitive personal information unless you understand the risk and have permission from everyone involved.
4. Video upload, storage and processing policy
When you upload videos, shorts, thumbnails, descriptions, titles, tags, captions or other files, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to publish it on ShareHub. You remain the owner of your content, but you grant ShareHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, stream, display, distribute, cache, resize, create thumbnails, analyze, moderate and promote that content inside the platform.
Uploads may be processed for streaming quality, file safety, duplicate detection, moderation, search indexing, thumbnail previews, video previews, accessibility features, analytics and recommendation ranking. Processing time depends on file size, duration, format, server capacity, network conditions and review requirements.
ShareHub may remove, restrict, age-limit, hide, demonetize, block recommendations for, or require edits to media that violates policy, creates legal risk, harms platform reliability or appears to infringe rights. We may also reduce distribution for misleading metadata, tag spam, deceptive thumbnails, repetitive uploads or engagement manipulation.
5. Content rules and prohibited material
Do not upload, stream, post, message or distribute illegal content, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, credible threats, terrorist or extremist recruitment, instructions for violent harm, targeted harassment, doxxing, hate speech, scams, malware, stolen credentials, synthetic impersonation intended to deceive, or content that violates someone else rights.
ShareHub may limit graphic violence, sexual content, dangerous challenges, self-harm content, medical misinformation, election misinformation, spam, mass-produced low-quality content, deceptive edits, misleading AI-generated media and content designed to manipulate users. Educational, documentary, scientific or artistic context may be considered, but context does not override safety obligations.
Creators must use accurate titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags and categories. Metadata should help viewers understand the content, not trick search systems. Repeated keyword stuffing, unrelated trending tags, copied descriptions, fake giveaways, forced engagement schemes and misleading claims may reduce visibility or trigger moderation.
6. Community guidelines for viewers, creators and groups
ShareHub is built for creators and communities. Treat other users with respect in comments, messages, groups, profiles, reports and support requests. Disagreement is allowed; harassment, intimidation, coordinated abuse, identity-based attacks, sexual pressure, threats and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed.
Group owners and moderators should set clear rules, handle join requests fairly, remove harmful posts, prevent spam and avoid abusing moderation powers. Private groups are not exempt from ShareHub policies. Group content may still be reviewed when reported, detected by safety systems or required by law.
Users should report content or behavior that appears unsafe, illegal, abusive or infringing. False reporting, mass reporting to silence creators, revenge reports and misuse of moderation tools may result in enforcement against the reporting account.
7. Copyright, trademarks and intellectual property
Creators must only upload videos, music, images, artwork, captions, logos, clips, software recordings and other materials they created, licensed or are legally allowed to use. ShareHub respects copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy and related rights.
Rights holders can request review of allegedly infringing content by providing enough information to identify the work, the disputed content, ownership or authorization, contact details and a good-faith statement. ShareHub may remove or disable access to reported content when required or appropriate.
If your content is removed for copyright or trademark reasons and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a dispute or appeal with supporting details. Repeated infringement, fraudulent disputes or misuse of intellectual property complaints may lead to account restrictions.
8. Search, discovery and AI recommendation policy
ShareHub may use signals such as watch history, likes, saves, follows, search queries, group activity, content freshness, video metadata, language, device performance, safety status and general engagement patterns to rank search results, video feeds, shorts, creator suggestions and recommendations.
Recommendation systems are designed to help viewers discover relevant videos and help creators reach interested audiences. They do not guarantee views, income, followers, ranking, impressions or placement. Safety limits, duplicate detection, copyright concerns, spam signals, user feedback and platform quality systems can affect distribution.
To improve SEO and internal discovery, creators should publish original videos, write clear titles, use natural descriptions, add accurate tags, select relevant categories, include accessible captions when possible, avoid duplicate uploads and keep thumbnails honest. ShareHub may ignore or penalize manipulative metadata.
9. Messaging, notifications and communication policy
Messages, comments, mentions, group posts and notifications are communication features, not tools for spam, scams, harassment or unsolicited promotion. Users may not send bulk messages, phishing links, malware, credential requests, financial scams, impersonation attempts or repeated unwanted contact.
ShareHub may process communication metadata and reported message content to prevent abuse, deliver notifications, maintain conversation state, troubleshoot delivery issues, enforce safety rules and comply with lawful requests. Users can adjust notification preferences where controls are available.
Support communications may be used to resolve account issues, investigate bugs, improve help articles and protect platform safety. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, payment card numbers or government identification in normal support messages unless a secure verified flow specifically requests it.
10. Security, abuse prevention and platform integrity
You may not attack, scan, overload, reverse engineer, scrape at abusive scale, bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with video processing, disrupt APIs, manipulate sessions, bypass rate limits or use bots to create fake engagement. Security testing requires written authorization.
ShareHub may use rate limits, device checks, session controls, content scanning, abuse detection, moderation queues, audit logs, caching, malware checks and other safeguards. These measures protect users, creators, uploads, groups, messages and infrastructure reliability.
If you discover a security issue, report it responsibly with enough detail for investigation. Do not publicly disclose, exploit, sell, share or use vulnerabilities to access data, content or accounts that do not belong to you.
12. Service availability, changes and scaling
ShareHub may change, pause, remove or add features as the product evolves. Video processing, search indexing, recommendations, notifications, upload queues and analytics can be delayed by maintenance, traffic spikes, third-party services, network issues or moderation review.
We aim to build scalable software with caching, pagination, responsive layouts, efficient media delivery and reliable APIs. However, no platform can promise uninterrupted service, permanent storage, instant processing, flawless recommendations or error-free operation.
Users should keep backup copies of important media and account records. ShareHub is not responsible for lost content caused by user deletion, policy removal, account compromise, failed uploads, unsupported formats, storage failures or external service outages beyond legal requirements.
13. Moderation, enforcement and appeals
ShareHub may use automated systems, human review, user reports and trusted signals to detect policy violations. Enforcement can include warnings, reduced visibility, content labels, age limits, comment restrictions, group restrictions, upload limits, temporary suspension, permanent account removal or referral to authorities where legally required.
The severity of enforcement depends on content type, intent, harm, account history, legal requirements, repeated behavior, evasion attempts and platform risk. Some severe violations may lead to immediate removal without prior warning.
If you believe an enforcement action was incorrect, you may appeal with context, evidence and a clear explanation. Appeals should be honest and specific. Submitting abusive or fraudulent appeals may reduce the chance of review.
14. Minors, family safety and sensitive content
Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use ShareHub. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you should use the platform only with appropriate parent or guardian permission and supervision.
Content involving minors receives additional safety scrutiny. Do not upload exploitative, sexualized, humiliating, dangerous or privacy-invasive content involving minors. Do not contact minors in a sexual, coercive, deceptive or exploitative way.
Parents or guardians who believe a minor personal information or unsafe content appears on ShareHub can contact support with identifying details for review.
15. Third-party services, links and integrations
ShareHub may connect with third-party services for authentication, storage, analytics, video processing, messaging, email, search, deployment, payments if enabled in the future, or cloud infrastructure. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Links shared by users may lead outside ShareHub. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, claims, offers or downloads. Be careful with links that request credentials, payments, personal information or software installation.
If you connect an external account or grant access to a third-party integration, you are responsible for understanding what permissions you grant and revoking access when no longer needed.
16. Disclaimers, liability and legal terms
ShareHub is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every feature will always work, that every upload will process, that content will never be removed, that search rankings will remain stable or that the service will meet every user expectation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost views, lost followers, reputational harm, business interruption or losses caused by user content, third-party services, unauthorized account access or service changes.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Failure to enforce a term immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
17. Contact, support and policy updates
For policy questions, safety reports, copyright concerns, privacy requests, account issues or support, contact ShareHub through the Help Center or email support@sharehub.online. Include your username, relevant URLs, screenshots if useful and a clear explanation of the request.
We may update these policies to reflect new features, legal requirements, safety practices, privacy controls, infrastructure changes or community needs. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy page was last revised.
Major changes may be announced in-product, by email, through notifications or by updating this page. Continued use of ShareHub after changes take effect means you accept the updated policies.
